  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cocoa
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking soda
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Add cocoa and water

How to make chocolate sheet cake:

Melt 2 sticks oleo. Add cocoa and water. Bring to boil and pour hot mixture over dry ingredients. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 stick oleo4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. buttermilk1 box powdered sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together in saucepan; bring to a boil. Spread over warm cake.
