Chocolate sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter
• water - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• shortening - 1/2 c
• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item

How to make chocolate sheet cake:

In pan, melt butter, shortening, cocoa and water. Bring to boil; mix in bowl sugar and flour. Pour cocoa mixture over sugar and flour. Mix well, then add 1/2 cup buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Add vanilla, eggs, cinnamon and soda. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until done.
