- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Frosting:1 stick butter
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Frosting:1 stick butter4 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 c. pecans Measure flour and sugar into a bowl. Mix butter, cocoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and salt. Mix and bake on greased 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.Frosting: Five minutes before cake is done, mix in saucepan the butter, vanilla and milk. Boil and add powdered sugar and pecans. Beat well and spread on hot cake.
