Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- Frosting:1 stick margarine
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- 10x sugar - 1 lb
- walnuts optional - 1 item
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Frosting:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 lb. 10x sugar1 tsp. vanilla walnuts (optional) In a saucepan, mix oleo, oil, water and cocoa. Bring to boil. Mix into the sugar and flour. In a small bowl, beat eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, soda and buttermilk. Add to the first mixture. Bake on well-greased jelly roll sheet at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.Frosting: In a pan, bring to a boil margarine, cocoa and milk. Remove from heat and add 10x sugar and vanilla. May add walnuts, if desired.
