Chocolate mousse pie
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- unsweetened chocolate, melted - 2 oz
- chocolate pie crust - 1 item
- Cool Whip 2 - 4 oz
How to make chocolate mousse pie:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add chocolate and mix well. Add eggs and beat for 5 minutes on high speed. Fold in 4 ounces of Cool Whip and pour into crust. Spread additional 4 ounces of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with toasted almonds or crushed Heath bars if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
