  • mint extract - 1/2 tsp
  • drops green food coloring - 3 item
  • Spread over brownies and chill

How to make chocolate mint brownies:

Bake in 13 x 9 pan at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool completely.Mint Topping:2 c. confectioners sugar1/2 c. butter, softened1 Tbsp. water1/2 tsp. mint extract3 drops green food coloring Combine ingredients. Spread over brownies and chill.Frosting:1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips6 Tbsp. butter, softened Combine ingredients. Spread over Mint Topping.
