Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- sq - 2 oz
How to make chocolate glaze:
Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Spread immediately on eclairs. Yields about 1 cup.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
