Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/4 1/2
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- stick real butter - 1 item
How to make chocolate fudge cake:
Fudge Icing:4 Tbsp. milk4 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix together in large bowl, sugar and flour and set aside. Mix together in large saucepan, water, Wesson oil, butter and cocoa. Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour this over flour and sugar mixture and stir well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and salt and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.Fudge Icing: Bring milk, cocoa, butter and vanilla to boil. Remove from stove and add 1 to 1 1/2 boxes of confectioners sugar. Spread on cake while it is still warm.
