Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • small can Pet milk - 1 item
  • Karo - 2 Tbsp

How to make chocolate fudge:

Mix sugar and chocolate in boiler. Add milk and Karo (stir). Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until candy forms a ball in glass of water. Add butter and flavoring; stir until nearly thick. Add pecans and stir until thick.

Pour in buttered pan. Let cool and cut into 2-inch squares. Best results when cooked on a sunny day.
