- chocolate chips - 1/2 c

- box plain graham crackers - 16 oz
- ground pecans optional - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Layer 1/3 of crackers into single layer in 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine pudding and milk in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon 1/2 of the mixture onto crackers. Repeat cracker layer. Put on rest of pudding mixture. End with crackers.Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Spoon over top of cracker layers. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
