Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- unsweetened chocolate, melted
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- light Karo syrup - 3 Tbsp
- graham crackers - 1 item
- small vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Topping:2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted3 Tbsp. light Karo syrup3 Tbsp. butter1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. vanilla In a greased with butter 9 x 13-inch pan, layer graham crackers. Mix vanilla pudding as directed on box. When firm, fold in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining pudding over top. Add third layer of graham crackers. Mix topping ingredients and spread over third layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Time to make, > 1 day.
