- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa
- Cool Whip - 18 oz
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- white syrup - 2 Tbsp
- boxes French vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
- box cinnamon graham crackers - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Topping:6 Tbsp. cocoa3 Tbsp. milk6 Tbsp. margarine2 Tbsp. oil2 Tbsp. white syrup Line bottom of pan with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of filling over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and pour remaining filling. Add one more layer of crackers. Chill at least 10 hours, then combine topping ingredients and melt over low heat.
