Chocolate crunch brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 2 c
- Rice Krispies - 3 c
- margarine - 1 c
- creamy peanut butter - 1 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 7 oz
- vanilla or less - 2 tsp
How to make chocolate crunch brownies:
Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool. Spread Marshmallow Creme over brownies. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator. (Peanut butter and chocolate chips can be melted in your microwave.)From Gloria Hjembo.
