Chocolate crinkles
Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- sq - 3 oz
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- sifted powdered sugar - 2 c
How to make chocolate crinkles:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat well after each. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and baking powder together. Stir into egg mixture. Chill.Using 1 tablespoon dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar and place in greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. While warm, roll again in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
