  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 3/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 c
  • sticks softened margarine or butter - 2 item

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Heat oven to 375°. Beat margarine, sugars, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
