- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- unsweetened applesauce - 1 c
- Egg Beaters - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine applesauce, sugars, vanilla and Egg Beaters until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375° for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Recipe makes 5 dozen cookies. Ultra low-fat.Calories Per Serving: 67.
