  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
  • eggs or egg substitute - 2 item
  • sugar or 3 1/2 tsp - 1/2 c
  • mini semi-chocolate chips, divided - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate chip cheese cake:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add egg; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup chips. Pour into crust. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Peanut Butter Chips: Beat 1/3 cup of peanut butter in with cream cheese. Mix well.

Banana Chocolate Chip: Beat 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas in with cream cheese.
