- milk - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- whipping cream - 1 item
- bag chocolate chips - 1 (6
- graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
How to make chocolate chiffon pie:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add milk and sugar. Lightly beat egg yolks and add to melted chocolate mixture. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Put into graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate. Add fresh whipping cream on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
