Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- maraschino cherries for garnish - 1 item
- chocolate cookie wafer crumbs
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs and butter in bowl; pat firmly into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.Beat the cream cheese until fluffy in a bowl with mixer at medium speed and add milk and beat until smooth. Add melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pan over crust. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Remove side of pan. Garnish.
