Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
How to make chocolate cheesecake:
In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat together the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Take out 1 cup of batter and set aside. In a separate bowl, stir together cocoa and remaining 1/4 cup sugar, then pour into batter. Drop into main batter. Swirl with spatula. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
