Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cream cheese - 1 lb
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 pt
• flour - 3 tsp
• butter - 1/8 lb
• egg yolks - 5 item
• egg whites - 5 item
• lemon juice - 2 tsp
• graham crackers, crumbled - 12 item

How to make cheese cake:

Mix the crumbs with butter and pat into the bottom of a spring-form pan. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolks until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add flour; fold into first mixture and pour over graham cracker
