- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- oats
- butterscotch caramel fudge topping - 1 c
How to make chocolate caramel cheesecake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2/3 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs1/2 c. chocolate chips1 c. butterscotch caramel fudge topping1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour Grease bottom and side of a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. For crust, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Cool slightly. Stir in oats, flour and brown sugar. Mix well.For Filling, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs. Stir in chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour over crust. Combine 1/3 cup caramel topping and 1 tablespoon flour and mix well. Spoon caramel mixture over filling and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill overnight. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping. Makes about 16 servings.
