Chocolate candy bar dessert
Ingredients/Components
- cold milk - 3 c
- 8 oz - 1 pkg
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- sugar, divided - 1/2 c
- thawed Cool Whip
- chocolate wafer cookie crumbs - 2 c
- chopped chocolate covered candy bars - 1 c
- small boxes jello chocolate flavor instant pudding - 2 pkg
How to make chocolate candy bar dessert:
Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle chopped candy bars over cream cheese layer. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire wisk 1 minute. Pour over candy bars. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with additional candy bars. Cut into squares. Makes 15 to 18 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
