Chocolate candy bar dessert
Ingredients/Components
- instant chocolate pudding - 2 small
- cold milk - 3 c
- margarine melted - 1/2 c
- sugar divided - 1/2 c
- whipped topping thawed - 1 tub
- chocolate wafer cookie crumbs - 2 c
- 8oz - 1 pkg
- chopped chocolate covered candy bars - 1 c
How to make chocolate candy bar dessert:
Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted margarine in 9x13" pan. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Refrigerate 10 min. Beat cream cheese & remaining 1/4 c. sugar until smooth. Gently stir in half the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle candy bars over cream cheese. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 min. Pour over candy bar layer. Let stand 5 min., until thickened. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until set.
