Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- sunflower seeds - 1/2 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- coleslaw mix shredded cabbage and carrots - 16 oz
- package beef Ramen Oodles of Noodles - 1 item
- Mix together dressing ingredients
- Beef flavor package from noodles - 1 item
How to make chinese coleslaw:
Saut?© broken noodles and almonds in margarine until almost brown. Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage mix and onions. Mix in noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. Serve immediately. (Noodles tend to get stiff if they sit too long.)Dressing:3 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. vinegar1/2 c. oil Beef flavor package from noodles Mix together dressing ingredients.
