Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
How to make chinese chews:
Mix butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and flour. Spread in greased 10 x 10-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Mix rest of the ingredients together and spread over mix in pan. Bake 20 minutes.
