Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped dates - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
How to make chinese chews:
Sift all dry ingredients together; mix with beaten eggs. Roll into little balls, then roll in granulated sugar. Place on floured cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
