Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • coconut - 3/4 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • white sugar - 3 Tbsp

How to make chinese chews:

Cream margarine and both sugars; add eggs, then the rest of ingredients. Bake in cake pan 9 x 13-inch at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. These should not be overbaked or they will not be moist.
