- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- coconut - 3/4 c
- nuts - 1 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- white sugar - 3 Tbsp
How to make chinese chews:
Cream margarine and both sugars; add eggs, then the rest of ingredients. Bake in cake pan 9 x 13-inch at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. These should not be overbaked or they will not be moist.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
