Chinese casserole
Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can Chinese noodles - 1 item
- small can water chestnuts - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- brown rice - 1/2 c
- large onion - 1 item
How to make chinese casserole:
Saute onion and celery and brown ground beef. Add rest of ingredients except Chinese noodles. Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered. Remove and cover with Chinese noodles; bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. This can be made a day ahead. Also freezes well.Frozen peas are also a good addition, if desired.
