Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- can crushed tomatoes - 3 lb
- clove minced garlic - 1 item
- cans Hormel chili - 2 item
How to make chili-ghetti:
Brown ground beef, garlic and chopped onion together. Add crushed tomatoes and Hormel chili. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add spaghetti, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Chili.
