Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- chicken wings - 5 lb
- cooking sherry - 3/4 c
How to make chicken wings:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake wings at 325° for 45 minutes. Pour away juice and grease. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325°. Baste occasionally.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Chicken, Chicken wing.
