Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned - 4 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- boiling water - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- cooked wild rice - 1 c
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
How to make chicken rococo:
Cut cheese into 8 equal sticks. Cut chicken breasts in half and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. Place a stick of cheese on each; fold in ends, then fold in sides. Fasten with a pick.
