Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped scallions - 1/4 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- chicken breast fillets - 6 item
How to make chicken patties:
Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Mix with softened cream cheese, scallions, salt and pepper. Roll out crescent rolls. Place chicken mixture on one side of roll dough, double other side over and seal. Crumble stuffing mix into fine crumbs. Melt butter. Dip chicken patties into butter, then roll in crumbs.
