Ingredients/Components
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- half and half cream - 1 pt
- rice uncooked - 4 c
- to 18 chicken thigh/legs, skinned - 12 item
- liter white wine - 1 item
- shallots or small onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make chicken in white wine sauce:
Broil chicken. When cooked, place in pot with chicken broth and whole bottle of wine, onion and garlic. Cook 20 minutes more. Take out chicken; pour in cream. Stir and cook 5 minutes more. To thicken, prepare 3 to 4 tablespoons flour with water. Pour in while stirring. Return chicken. Serve over cooked rice and fresh cooked mushrooms.
