Chicken in dill sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- cooking sherry - 1 c
- to 8 chicken cutlets - 6 item
How to make chicken in dill sauce:
Place chicken cutlets in baking dish. Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Add other ingredients except cheese and pour over cutlets. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
