  • Mazola corn oil - 3 Tbsp
  • large garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • large onion, sliced - 1 item
  • sour cream optional - 1 item
  • salsa optional - 1 item
  • regular pitas - 4 item
  • boneless chicken cutlets, cut in thin strips - 1 lb
  • large red pepper or green pepper, cut in strips - 1 item

How to make chicken fajita pitas:

In large skillet, heat corn oil and garlic over medium-high heat. Add chicken and saute 4 minutes or until tender. Add peppers and onion; saute 4 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture on pitas. Top with salsa and sour cream, if desired. Fold pitas and enjoy
