Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken breast - 2 c
- bunch cooked broccoli - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup can use Healthy Choice or Healthy Request - 1 item
- fat-free mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2/3 c
- bread crumbs - 2/3 c
How to make chicken divan:
Precook chicken breast and broccoli. Place broccoli in casserole dish; layer chicken over it. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in 350° oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
