Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • celery salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Tabasco to taste - 1 item
  • can salmon reserve juice - 1 oz

How to make salmon loaf:

Put milk, onion, lemon juice, Tabasco, celery salt, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl. Add salmon that has been boned and dark skin removed. Flake with a fork. Add oleo and crumbs. If dry, add salmon juice. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
