Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- chicken - 4 c
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- pimento - 1/2 c
- green bell pepper - 1/2 c
- cheese, grated - 3/4 lb
- box macaroni - 8 oz
- cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook and debone chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients, except cheese.In a large casserole dish, put a layer of mixture and a layer of cheese. Repeat. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 325°.
