Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
  • whole chicken, boiled and cut into chunks - 1 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Combine above ingredients. Cover the bottom of baking dish with crushed Ritz crackers (1 to 1 1/2 cups). Pour in the chicken mixture and sprinkle with remaining Ritz crackers. Serve with rice or noodles.
