Chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped
- cooked chicken, diced - 3 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and margarine. Place in 9 x 12-inch pan or casserole. Brown bread crumbs lightly in margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before cooking. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
