Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • celery, chopped
  • cooked chicken, diced - 3 c
  • cooked rice - 2 c
  • cans mushroom soup - 2 item

How to make chicken casserole:

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and margarine. Place in 9 x 12-inch pan or casserole. Brown bread crumbs lightly in margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before cooking. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8.
