Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- oz sour cream - 8 item
- chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken - 4 item
- cup broth - 1 item
- cup mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1-1/2 item
- cup cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Wash chicken, cook and debone. Mix soups, sour cream and 1 cup of broth and make layer of this with layer of chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Push chicken down into mixture. Add layer of cheese. Top it off with the stuffing mix and 1 cup broth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
