Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- Niblets corn - 2 3
How to make sausage casserole:
Fry sausage until browned; drain and set aside. Blend margarine and flour to make paste. Add milk and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sausage and corn. Pour mixture into a casserole bowl. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
