Chicken broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- slivered almonds - 1 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 pkg
- boxes frozen broccoli - 2 item
- cans whole mushrooms - 2 item
- whole chicken breasts, cooked and broken into large pieces - 4 item
How to make chicken broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain well. Spread broccoli on bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish. Arrange chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup and mushrooms and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with almonds. Prepare dressing according to package. (I use broth from chicken instead of water and butter.) Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
