Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/2 lb
- pie shells - 2 item
How to make chess pie:
Mix all ingredients one at a time. Beat egg whites slightly and fold in mixture. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 to 50 minutes at 350°. Makes 2 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
