  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla
  • 1/2 sticks oleo, softened - 1 item
  • cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
  • 9-inch pie shells - 2 item

How to make chess pie:

Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and cornmeal. Pour 1/2 into each unbaked pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
