- cream cheese - 8 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- butter flavoring - 1/4 tsp
- whipped topping - 1 c
- cherry pie filling - 21 oz
- graham crackers - 2 pkg
How to make cherry cheesecake dessert:
Melt butter. Stir in butter flavoring. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with melted butter. Press into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix softened (room temperature) cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over graham cracker layer. Top with cherry pie filling 1 hour before serving.
