Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo - 1 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
- box frozen Ore-Ida hash brown patties square - 1 item
- additional cheese for topping and layers - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Thaw potatoes. Melt oleo and cheese together. Add sour cream. Mix together with potatoes. Layer potatoes in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Continue with layers of potatoes and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
