Cheesy potato casserole

- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- hash browns - 1 (32
- + 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add 1/2 package hash browns.In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions, then pour 1/2 of this over hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese over top. Add remainder of hash browns and top with remainder of mixture. Sprinkle rest of Cheddar cheese on top. Pour 2 tablespoons melted margarine over top and cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
