  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Cool Whip - 3 c
  • graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
  • fruit topping of choice - 1 item

How to make cheesecake pie:

Blend cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shell. Add topping of choice (cherry, blueberry or strawberry). Chill pie several hours before serving.
